The hotel was ideal with magnificent views and a perfect location in the terminal. The room was new-fashioned and well-maintained, and the pool was a nice one. There was extremely comfy bed, friendly attentive staff during reservation.

Great location next to tram stop and groceries, excellent spa and swimming pool and very friendly and helpful staff

Wish if breakfast was inclusive in the price for 35 CHF, the breakfast was not really worth it esp if other places offer more for the above price.

Location is pretty good. There are shopping placese and the station next to the hotel. And you can take one train to get to the hotel and Zurich HB station.

I was bitten by a bug in the bed many places.... Also, the offered price was loaded to Booked.net and made a reservasion. Finally they changed the price up, but still good price. But, when I checked out. the staff said "nice price". Actually, it is ! but, it sounded like a sarcasm, even though they got a wrong price. This is what made me feel bad.

Swiss hotel Zurich - means that it must be in Zurich, not in Oerlekon! In your description during quick booking I did not realize it is not in Zurich - big dissappouintment and surprize here

I loved the views from the top floor, especially in the

Evening when the city lights sparkled. The room was spacious and modern, and the staff were friendly. The only drawback was the limited air-conditioning during the hot summer days.

Room very comfortable and perfect night's sleep. Excellent room facilities. Worth paying a bit more for a 'pinnacle' room giving splendid views over the countryside. Right opposite Oerlikon station with an excellent, frequent service of smart regional trains to Zurich and the airport.
